Charges and Hours
Please
find below details of our charges for
using a promotional space within the
Regent Centre. Opening hours are Monday
to Saturday 8am until 9pm and Sunday
9am until 6pm. Opening hours subject
to change over holidays and during
the Christmas period.

Promotion Guidelines
- You must provide Centre Management
with a copy of your current Public
Liability Insurance; all promotions
without exception must have at
least £5
million Public Liability Cover.
- Your promotion / exhibition
/ stand should be professional in
appearance. Trestle tables or hand
written signs are not permitted,
exhibition boards and professional
printed boards are only permitted.
- Your promotion / exhibition
/ stand should be no higher than
6ft, and must not take up more than
16sqft in area at any given time.
- Your merchandise should not
compete directly with any merchandise
on sale within the Centre.
- The promotion / exhibition /
stand must be set up for 9.00am each
day and taken down each evening and
must be manned by a member of staff
at all times.
- Presentation of the promotion
/ exhibition / stand and personal
presentation should be smart and
tidy at all times.
- No eating, drinking
or smoking is allowed at any time
on the mall.
- No promoter is allowed to park
on site under any circumstances.
- Customers must not be harassed
nor pestered. If customers want information
they will approach you.
- If it is unavoidable that your
promotion / exhibition / stand is
left unmanned at any time, a professional
sign must inform the public of the
time of your return.
- If any of these guidelines
are not adhered to, Centre Management
reserves the right to terminate
the promotion immediately without
refund.
